Repairs & Diagnostics

Repairs & Diagnostics

How much does a coffee machine repair cost?

+

Repairs are quoted after diagnostics. A standard call-out and diagnostic in the Cape Town metro starts from R650 and is credited against the repair if you proceed. You'll always receive a written quote for approval before we replace any parts.

How long does a typical repair take?

+

Most domestic espresso machines are diagnosed on-site within an hour. If parts are in stock, single-fault repairs are usually completed the same day. Commercial rebuilds and boiler work are typically 2–5 working days depending on parts availability.

Do you repair all brands of coffee machines?

+

Yes. We service every major brand sold in South Africa — Jura, De'Longhi, Gaggia, Rancilio, Rocket, Nuova Simonelli, La Marzocco, ECM, Saeco, Breville, Sage, Nespresso, Delonghi, WMF, Schaerer and more. If we can't fix it, you don't pay.

Can you come to my home or office?

+

Absolutely. On-site repair and servicing is our standard offering across the Cape Town metro, Winelands, Atlantic Seaboard and West Coast. For heavier commercial rebuilds we may collect the machine and return it once completed.

Servicing & Maintenance

Servicing & Maintenance

How often should I service my coffee machine?

+

Domestic machines: every 12 months, or every 2,000 shots. Office and commercial machines: every 6 months, or every 5,000 shots. Descaling frequency depends on your water hardness — Cape Town water is generally soft, but boreholes and Winelands supply vary.

What is included in a full service?

+

Full strip-down and clean of the group head, brew unit and steam wand; gasket and shower-screen replacement; descale and backflush; pressure and temperature calibration; grinder burr inspection; and a written condition report with recommendations.

Do you offer maintenance contracts for offices?

+

Yes. We provide scheduled preventative maintenance agreements for offices, restaurants, hotels and coffee shops — priority response, discounted parts, and quarterly reporting. Contact us for a tailored proposal.

Warranty & Parts

Warranty & Parts

Do you use genuine parts?

+

We only fit manufacturer-approved OEM parts. Every part we install is covered by our workmanship warranty, and where the manufacturer offers an extended warranty, we register it on your behalf.

What warranty do you provide on repairs?

+

All repairs carry a 3-month workmanship warranty on the specific fault repaired. Full-machine services carry a 6-month workmanship warranty. See our Warranty page for the full terms.

My machine is out of warranty — is it still worth repairing?

+

Usually yes. Well-built espresso machines are designed to last 10–15 years with regular service. We provide honest advice — if a repair no longer makes economic sense, we'll tell you and help you plan the next step.

Payments & Areas

Payments & Areas

Which areas do you cover?

+

The full Cape Town metro, Northern and Southern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard, West Coast, Cape Winelands and surrounding Western Cape towns. See our Areas page for a full list of suburbs we service weekly.

How do I pay?

+

EFT, card on-site, SnapScan and cash. Invoices are issued for every job. Business accounts are available for offices and hospitality clients on request.
